At This Is US Inspire, LLC, we take pride in creating handcrafted products and custom apparel with care and attention to detail.  Because many of our products are handmade or personalized for each customer, our return policy differs from that of a traditional retail store.

Handcrafted Products
 

Our handcrafted items, including pallet art, shutter art, framed artwork, drinkware, coasters, décor, and similar products, are individually made by hand. As a result, slight variations in color, wood grain, texture, and appearance are normal and make each piece unique.
 

Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on handcrafted products.

Custom Apparel & Personalized Items

All custom apparel and personalized products are made specifically for your order.  Because these items cannot be resold, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Changing your mind after approval

• Color preference

• Design preference after final approval

• Incorrect information provided by the customer (such as spelling, names, dates, or uploaded artwork)

Please carefully review your design proof, sizing, colors, spelling, and personalization before giving final approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
 

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

If we determine the item is defective or the error was our responsibility, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost.  If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Repairs
 

If a handcrafted product develops a workmanship issue that is our responsibility, please contact us.  We will gladly evaluate the item and, when appropriate, repair it at no labor charge.  Customers are generally responsible for shipping costs unless we determine otherwise.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.  Once production has started, or once custom apparel or personalized items have entered the design or production process, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping
 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
 

This Is US Inspire is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages delayed due to weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
